性能特征

1.粒度分布集中，易于控制。与自然团聚造粒机(如转盘造粒机、转鼓造粒机)相比，粒度分布较为集中。

2.有机含量高。产生的颗粒是球形的。有机含量可达100%，实现纯有机造粒。

3.造粒无棱角，出粉率极低。球形颗粒造粒后没有锐角，所以粉碎率很低。

工作原理

利用高速旋转和机械搅拌以及由此产生的气动力，使细粉物料在机器中实现连续混合、造粒、球化、致密等过程，从而达到造粒的目的。颗粒形状呈球形，球形度0.7，颗粒大小一般在0.3-3 mm之间，造粒率90%，颗粒直径大小可根据物料水的大小和主轴转速适当调整，通常掺量越低，转速越高，颗粒越小，反之亦然。
